i've been away

My vacation was too short but I had soo much fun! There was a lot of things I did and a lot of places I saw. It wasn't anything new but still. I'll break down what I did the last 11 days.

Wednesday: I took my final and passed! yey! I went home and took a long well deserved nap.

Thursday: I cleaned my room and vaccumed my bed. It's been neglected lately because I was soo busy studying. That night I also went to Boiling Crab in Garden Grove. I love that place. Their seafood is just soo good! Then we had coffee at Lee's Sandwiches. The coffee we had was the Vietnamese kind and it was soo strong! Ca phe sua da. Gave me a super bad headache. Grrr.



Friday: I cleaned my car and I mean cleaned it inside out. Even vaccum the carpet and washed the seats. Haha



Saturday: I went to Oxnard to visit my Grandma and my Dad. I also got my oil changed and head lights changed.

Sunday: Went to church in the morning. Took my grandma out to lunch for her birthday. I went home and cleaned my room some more coz P's coming the next day.

Monday: Picked up P at the airport. We went home and ate the breakfast my mom made for us. =] After that we just hung out. We also went to the movies and saw UP! Movie was amazing. It was soo good. 5/5


Tuesday: We took my mom to breakfast at Louis Burgers. That place serves good american and mexican food. I think its better than Denny's and IHOP. Lol After breakfast we went to the Getty Center. For me the museum was kinda boring. It was all paintings and busts of people. I know museums are supposed to be like that. The grounds were cool though. Took tons of pictures. Haha After the Getty, I wanted to eat at Applebee's and the nearest one was 13 miles away. Wth? There aren't very many Applebee's in SoCal. Guess what happened when we get there? The place was closed. =[ So we decided to eat at Stone Fire Grill. The place had a restaurant look to it but it was actually a fast food place. Order your food at the counter, pay, get your own plates and spoons and forks, get your soda. Haha I had a pizza, it was alright. P had the salmon in sesame glaze and that was soo good. I also liked their mashed potato and breadsticks. Can you tell I love food? Lol We decided to see Dance Flick. Let me just tell you how stupid that movie was. Gosh it wasn't funny at all. It was retarded.

Wednesday: P and I's 1 year and 6 months anniversary. We really didn't do anything special. I had to take my Mom to her doctor's appointment. She doesn't know how to drive and I don't like her taking the bus. After the doctor's office P and I went to BestBuy. He bought me a new TV for our anniversary. Cute. Lol We took it home and assembled it watched a movie right away.


Thursday: P and I woke up early coz I still wanted to go to other places before he went back to Las Vegas. We ate breakfast at Paradise Cove in Malibu. The food was good but a bit pricey. They had a private beach and we took more pictures. haha After that we hurried to Camarillo Outlets to get P a watch. We literally only stayed there 15-20 mins. By the time we left it was already 12 and we had to be at the Getty Villa in Malibu by 12:30. We made it though. Now that place was cool. We enjoyed the exhibits. Saw a lot of jewelry, busts, coins, and other stuffs from the Greek and Roman Mythology. Cool stuffs. By this time I was already hungry. I was craving Boiling Crab again. We drove all the way to Garden Grove and ordered 3 lbs of shrimp. We took the food to go coz we didn't want to wait for a table again. After we ate we watched a movie at home. Around 6 p.m. we left the house and went to an outside mall in El Segundo. Then it was time to say our goodbyes. It was sad. I don't think I'll ever get use to our long distance relationship but we'll manage.

This is a really long post. I'm gonna have to do another post in a couple of days with pictures.
